Ok... breathing a little bit easier... Larry is too.....
he is making urine, but is on a lasix drip.... kidney doc said he thinks his kidneys were just in shock from low bp and blood count.... they will keep him and watch him for at least a few more days....
He did drink the smoothie i brought him for breakfast, and just ate some applesauce... right now he is sleeping a good sleep, not the in and out...
i did his dressing change and a student nurse observed... she said I did it as good as her instructor...
Anyway, gonna stretch out and take a nap myself.....

gave him a cleanup, and he is carefully eating mashed potatoes... had applesauce earlier.
he got a good nap... real one, i got 30 min snooze.
He is Still very drowsy, but not falling asleep in the middle of a sip of coffee.
Time to get him a Sippy Cup. wow, can't hold his liquor and now can't hold coffee. Yep! Need a sippy cup (for coffee.)
