Stable through the night... no more vtach episodes....   his cardiologist is in hospital today and tomorrow, i see him randomly walking by, and he will stop, look in and even chat....  that is such a wonderful feeling....

Was concerned as to which nurse today...  just getting to know this staff.... M is so cute, from KY, her husband is from Clearwater FL area, and he us doing a Anesthesia residency at UAMS....

NO words yet on doggies, i am now ready for them.....  will call and check on that...

A few of you have asked why we are at Baptist Health Medical Center - Little Rock.....
**of course like everyone who know the names of hospitals here, they think why not go to AR Heart ahospital.  That was our girst thought,  but Heart is only classified as a vlinic, they do not have ICU to ICU transfer so that was not a possibility.
**second option was UAMS, we consider this to be our home hospital, mysons did med school and residenc there.  We have a super PCP, Dr Sara Tariq, who we both LOVE, and Larry's cardiologist Dr. James Marsh, and nephrol, Dr Arthur....    i talked to Sara by phone while trying to decide, she said they could take him, so we were then going that as a landing....  UAMS would then be consulting with Baptist....
**so with all if that information, we decided on Baptist......   this is where we need to be... his doctor here Dr Steven Hutchins orked with Dr Marsh and has talked to him since we got here... as has the nephrologist also talked to the one at UAMS.  Here I feel hiscurrent doctors are discussing with his other doctors... and i feel they are CO-ORDINATING...

So that is why our transfer was from Tampa to Aptist Little Rock......   i had forgotten until Arb reminded me, Baptist has RV hookups on their parking lot.....   but home right now is better, the rv isnt back yet, and the pups when they do get back will have their yard.....

And it was cold here this mirning....32, brrrrrr

Will be adding some random pictures of my Z.....  this was on Lake Michigan....

  4. You had said that The Heart Hospital had been suggested by the Tampa doctor, saying that they were the best for the kind of surgery Larry needed. That is the only reason I asked about Baptist. I am sure you are making difficult decisions every day and dealing with so much! Love you...Sharon.
